The Next Stage Project - A Global Dance Company
Founded in 2002 by Artistic Directors Marijke Eliasberg and Jana Hicks, The Next Stage Project (TNSP) is known for an organic movement style, full body movement and small obscure interactions, portrayed by talented and expressive dancers. By forming partnerships between selected artists from around the globe and seeking creative venues to perform our works, TNSP aims to give dancers, choreographers and artists an opportunity to connect and share their art and passion. The TNSP directors are offering Dance, Tai Chi, Yoga classes and Yoga4Cancer classes to the community.
Company dancers are selected for their commitment, passion, talent and genuine interest in collaborating with the Artistic Directors.

Big Apple community dance class with Marijke in Vlaardingen, Netherlands:
​Friday Sept 18 from 18:30-20:15 uur / come dyao!

> Off the Grid = A class happening not in the regular dance studio settings 
> Big Apple = Bringing New York dance / the Big Apple to NL.
​> Community class = Marijke will design the class so that everyone can work in their own movement possibilities from Slow Intermediate to Advanced Level. Lets have a good time together and daaaaaance!

A Dance Performance Benefiting the New York Insight Meditation Center
featuring Marijke Eliasberg and The Next Stage Project Dance Company
Saturday, August 22nd, 2026 | Performances at 7:00pm and 8:30pm ET
Location: New York Insight at 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor
Interpreted and portrayed by the dancers of The Next Stage Project, the program consists of a collection of vignettes—short scenes that explore themes of sky, heights, flying, trust, balance, fall, recovery, support, and human connection.

​There will be two performances: one at 7:00pm and one at 8:30pm. You can choose the ticket(s) that fits your budget.
