Mondays:
  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm Yang Long Form 
  • 5:30pm - 6:30pm Advanced Form and Sensing Hands

Tuesdays:
  • 11:00am - 12:00pm Yang Short Form  
  • 12:00pm - 1:00pm Yang Long Form / Sword Form ​

Fridays: 
  • 2:30pm - 3:30pm Sword Form (No class 3/21)
  • 3:30pm - 4:30pm Yang Short Form  
  • 4:30pm - 5:30pm Advanced Form and Sensing Hands (no class 3/28 & 4/4)

Saturdays: 
  • 11:30am - 12:30 BEGINNER basics & principles Yang Short Form 
  • 12:30pm - 1:30pm Yang Long Form

* the front door should be open and there is security at the front desk that will tell you what floor and studio the class will be held in.
* please be on time for your class(es) to avoid interruptions
* Please note: students are welcome to come in quietly into the classroom to sign in when arriving early and the previous class is still in progress/no waiting in the hallways is allowed. 
* SUBWAY stops in the area: Bleecker Street 6 train / Broadway Lafayette B, D, F, M trains / Prince Street station N,W, R trains

In 2022, I officially received my Sifu title/certification from Grandmaster Chen for Short Form and Long From! For me; this was only the beginning...I'm tremendously grateful that I learned so much from Grandmaster William C. C. Chen! I'm passionately sharing what I he has giving me.
Please know: I could not have achieved this without my dedicated student's attendance in practicing with me! Teaching helps me to understand more of this beautiful movement martial art form every day. THANK YOU!
Exciting news:
Classes will continue in the new year on Wednesday 5:15-6pm: New York Insight Meditation Center located on 115 West 29th Street, 12th Floor.
I am very excited to continue this nice new adventure in this beautiful center and inspiring practice room. The sessions there will focus on and address the internal awareness and of the meditative movement part of Tai Chi Chuan. Please, join me if you can!
